Quest has extensive experience in both large-scale facility design and construction projects and small facility upgrades and tweaks.
Some examples of our leadership in large-scale facility projects was our work in the design and construction of Loyola Academy College Prep and New Trier High School- Winnetka cafeteria spaces. We were intimately involved in these processes, from working with the architectural and construction teams to helping design the space, the flow of the cooking and serving process, the flow of students throughout the space, recommending and identifying specific pieces and brands of equipment, and working through service disruptions throughout the construction processes.

Quest began its partnership with Loyola Academy in Summer 2017. The dining hall has been completely revamped and modernized to provide a new dining program that offers not only great food, but a great dining experience for its students.
